New LEGO NINJAGO x UNIQLO clothing line revealed

The LEGO Group’s celebration of NINJAGO’s 10th anniversary is set to continue with another brand new clothing line, this time from Japanese brand UNIQLO.

Unlike the first range – produced in partnership with British fashion retailer HYPE – this new collection is targeted exclusively at kids. It does come in a little cheaper than the premium price tags of HYPE’s gear, however, with its t-shirts available for just £9.90 apiece on UNIQLO’s website.

There are six designs in the collection across a range of colours and kids’ sizes, from 3Y up to 7-8Y. And just like the shirts produced by HYPE, they’re based on the iconic heroes, villains and dragons from across NINJAGO’s entire decade-long run – just with a little more subtlety than some of HYPE’s more outrageous designs.

There’s probably something a little ironic about an entire collection of clothing designed to celebrate the anniversary of a theme older than the kids wearing it – particularly given one of the shirts explicitly refers to ’10 years of Spinjitzu’ – but we’re not here to ask those kinds of existential questions. (You can do that on your own time.)

Head over to UNIQLO’s online store to browse the full range, which will presumably also be available in-store when non-essential retail reopens on April 12. The NINJAGO collection doesn’t appear to be in stock in the US at the moment, but we’ll let you know if that changes.
