Good news, Sydneysiders! LEGO Australia have officially announced that a brand new LEGO Store is headed to the Sydney CBD and it is set to be the LARGEST LEGO Store in the world!
Yup, you read that right! Australia will soon host the biggest LEGO Store in the world, dethroning the Leicester Square Flagship Store. The official opening date will be announced in the coming weeks, so get excited!
Situated over two floors, the 900sqm landmark new store will be found in Sydney Arcade, overlooking Pitt Street Mall, to provide a world-class new experience for LEGO fans.
The new Sydney CBD Store will offer everything you could expect from a LEGO Store, PLUS Australia’s very first LEGO Minifigure Factory which allows you to personalise your own LEGO Minifigure by printing custom text, designs and more on your minifigures in-store.
Apart from that, staples like a Pick and Build Wall, Build a Minifigure Stations and hands-on play areas will be there too.
This is yet another vote of confidence from The LEGO Group in Australia, cementing my country’s position as one of the best in the world to be a LEGO fan.
I really can’t wait to check it out in person, and I’m particularly excited that there’ll be a Minifigure Factory Down Under.
